I stumbled upon a recipe a few months back for a fat cleanse beverage and I tweaked it to make it fit into the real food lifestyle. I am a strong advocate of avoiding cleanses or fasts to lose weight but I do believe that our bodies do need a rest once in awhile. This rest means a day of eating lots of fruits and vegetables, a few high fiber carbs, and drinking this yummy citrus tea. This tea can be served over ice or warm.
