Clean Eating Grocery List

These are things I keep on hand so I always have something available for lunch and dinner.

Kamut Crunch

Cook Time: 15 minutes


  • 3 cups puffed Kamut
  • 1/3c chopped pecans
  • 1/2c dried cranberries
  • 1/3c sunflower seed kernels
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2c maple syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 350'
  2. Mix first four ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan melt butter and remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer 3-5min and pour over cereal mixture, stirring immediately to coat well.
  5. Spread on lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake for 7-10min, Let cool before eating.
