Blue Cheese Garlic Butter
Also great stirred into pasta or spread on corn on the cob!!!
- 4 T. unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1-2 T. crumbled blue cheese
- Sourdough bread, sliced
- Combine butter, garlic, parsley, and blue cheese, stirring well.
- Set aside for 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Brush on sourdough bread and cook in a 400’ oven as you would garlic bread.
