BBQ Pulled Pork

BBQ Pulled Pork

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 8 hours

Yield: Serves 6-8

Serve on a whole wheat bun with sweet potato fries!

Ingredients

  • 2lb pork shoulder boneless roast
  • 1 cup prepared bbq sauce(refer to sauce recipe under condiments)
  • 1 large yellow onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place onions, pork in crock pot.
  2. Add BBQ sauce and salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours.
