If you are like me; coming up with lunches day in and day out for the kiddos is a nightmare. Aside from homework; packing the daily lunch is my biggest school day dread. Another little time saving trick I do is I pre make a truck load of turkey and cheese and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and then freeze them in ziplock bags. I pull one out the night before, throw it in the lunchbox, and by lunchtime the are ready to go. I PROMISE you they do not get soggy and my kids and husband gobble them up.
