Cranberry Vinaigrette

Cranberry Vinaigrette

Prep Time: 15 minutes

A nice twist on the standard balsamic vinaigrette!

Ingredients

  • 3 T. red wine vinegar
  • 1 T. apple cider Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup EVOO
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend well until combined.
