Sourdough Garlic Bread
Sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, or asiago cheese prior to baking for garlic cheese bread!
- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- Preheat oven 375'
- Cut sourdough loaf in half length wise and place both halves on a cookie sheet.
- Melt butter, stir garlic into melted butter and let sit 5 min.
- Brush garlic butter on bread and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Bake until bread is browned and crispy. Slice and serve.
