BBQ Pulled Pork
Serve on a whole wheat bun with sweet potato fries!
- 2lb pork shoulder boneless roast
- 1 cup prepared bbq sauce(refer to sauce recipe under condiments)
- 1 large yellow onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Place onions, pork in crock pot.
- Add BBQ sauce and salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on Low 8 hours.
